The Japanese manga series Dragon Ball Super is illustrated and written by Japanese manga artists Toyotarou and Akira Toriyama, respectively. The Japanese manga surrounds the adventures and explorations of the leading character Goku along with their companions. Dragon Ball Super is an upgraded version of Dragon Ball, which the same manga artist illustrated. The animation series was featured in Japan from July 2015 to March 2018. A spin-off of Dragon Ball Super was released in 2019 under the title Dragon Ball Super: Broly, and within a few months, it became immensely popular among the masses. The manga story revolves around a fight between the God of Destruction known as Beerus and Super Saiyan God.

God of Destruction, called Beerus, was in a deep sleep for several years, and after he ended the sleep, he intends to wage war against Super Saiyan God on the condition that if he loses, Beerus will cause massive destruction on Earth. With the assistance and support of family and friends, Goku converts himself into Super Saiyan God and competes with Beerus and his assistant Whis. In the battle, Goku loses his strength resulting in the victory of Beerus. However, Beerus did not attract the planet because he got highly impressed by the abilities and traits of Goku. The score of Japanese manga is given by musician Norihito Sumitomo- the same musician who composed the track Battle of Gods and Resurrection. The official track of the series was provided by Japanese composer Sumitomo that was launched in February 2016 by Nippon Columbia.

Kimitoshi Chioka does manga’s direction, and characters were designed and conceptualized by Akira Toriyama. Anime amassed praises since the first episode. Critics and the audience appreciated the storyline filled with drama, thrill, and character development. It is shocking to note that the first four episodes collected positive responses, whereas the fifth episode received an adverse reaction from the audience mainly because of unprofessional animation design. Creator of manga improved animation style in the upcoming episodes and again became famous and successful anime.
