About Genshin Impact
Genshin Impact is an open-world, action role-playing game (RPG) developed by miHoYo, a Chinese video game development company in Shangai, China. Created in September of 2020, and on a free model, it is already considered one of the highest-grossing mobile games. Genshin Impact takes an anime-style, open-world environment, in the fantasy world of Teyvat. A place home to seven nations, each with a prevalent element and god. Mondstadt nation has the Anemo element. Anemo represents the wind or air element and freedom. Mondstadt is the first nation to be played. The god of Mondstadt is called Barbatos.
Liyue nation has the Geo or earth element. This is an element of solidarity. Their god is Morax. The next nation is Inazuma, with electro or lightning element. This element represents eternity and is ruled by Raiden Shogun. Sumeru nation with Dendro element is ruled by an undisclosed god. Fontaine nation has the hydro or water element. This represents justice. Their god is also undisclosed. The sixth nation is Natlan, with Pyro or fire element. It represents victory and they are ruled by a god called Murata, also known as the lady of fire. Snezhnaya is the last nation on this list, with Cryo or ice element. Their god is Tsarita.
The plot of Genshin impact, two siblings travelling around the universe. One of them is taken by an unknown god in Teyvat and other sealed away. 500 years later, the second twin, who is now called ‘Travleer’ awakens and travels with a companion, Paimon to Mondstadt to begin the search for the second twin. Players get to control their characters’ actions like running, gliding and climbing. During combat, characters can be switched quickly for efficient use of each characters’s skills and attacks. Released on multiple platforms, Genshin impact can be downloaded on PS4/PS5, App Store, Google Play and Windows.
