During the Silver and Golden Ages of the comics, the Superman franchise had become bloated with half a dozen different kryptonite species and several superpowered pets. Superman and his friends drag Superboy-Prime into Rao. The Supermen then fight Darkseid on Mogo. Kal-L then dies in his cousin Power Girl’s arms, and his grave is next to that of Superman. This makes Superman the greatest hero in history. So far, Superman has been a popular superhero for generations!
